Breast Health Day on 15 October 2011 encouraged women to "make healthy choices". The Campaign stressed the importance of eating a healthy diet and engaging in physical activity. Decisions women make today in terms of lifestyle can greatly influence their future breast health. Making healthy choices on a daily basis can provide great benefit.
Video
The 2011 campaign featured an entertaining video using a constantly changing mosaic design to show women engaging in a variety of healthy choices. Women were encouraged to "Make Healthy Choices" and join the campaign by submitting their own picture to become a part of the last frame of the video that was re-launched on 15 October.
